Measure before designing
Nominal sizes such as “20 oz tumbler” or “11 oz mug” do not guarantee the same printable area across manufacturers. Rims, handles, taper, coatings, and press coverage can all change the usable dimensions.
Use supplier guidance when available, confirm it against the physical blank, and print a 100%-scale paper test before consuming transfer material.
